It happens, occurred with me lots of times, and look, I'm still unscouted :T
Why are you so enraged?
Do you not know how the scouting system works?
A person scouts you. If that person is unscouted due to being bad/scouting bad people, they get unscouted, and then automatically everyone whom they scouted gets unscouted.
See? It might not be your fault, it's just the system.
Now, let's see if you will lose art ratings after re-scouting...
