You may want to improve the fire of the minigun, maybe like this: a big firetongue in the middle following the line of fire and two small ones tilted forward from both upper and lower side... and a bit of of orange/yellow on it should fit ;)

It's kind of strange you try to make another style but ok.
I'm not going to rate it but I will say something you should try to improve: Acceleration.
Your animating style is very good and you can make very much frames in minutes! Something that is not normal between the animators, but I think you should try to slow down a bit when the character is going to make a movement.
